The Challenge

SkyScale's monolithic application was struggling to handle Black Friday traffic levels. Their manual deployment process was brittle, often resulting in downtime and rollback nightmares. They needed a modern, elastic infrastructure.

Our Approach

We adopted a 'Strangler Fig' pattern to gradually peel off services from the monolith into independent microservices containerized with Docker. We used Terraform to define the entire AWS infrastructure as code (IaC), ensuring reproducibility. We orchestrated these containers using Amazon EKS (Kubernetes) with aggressive auto-scaling policies.

99.99% availability during peak traffic events.

Deployments are now fully automated and take minutes, not hours.
